ORDER INFORMATION

MINIMUM ORDER FOR ORDERING FROM ROTHCO IS $100. 

PLACING AN ORDER: To order with us is easy, you can order five different ways:

  1. ONLINE: Order online at www.getsetsurvival.com through our shopping cart which is the best and easiest way!  
  2. CALL: By calling our friendly sales representative at 850-739-3777, we would be glad to further assist you. 
  3. EMAIL: You can email us at promote@timwoodrum.net where we are available 24/7, we would be glad to provide a quote for you or answer any questions. 
  4. FAX: You can fax your order to us at 850-739-3777. 
  5. PURCHASE ORDER FORM: Download our form, fill in your desired products and email it to us at promote@timwoodrum.net or fax it to 850-739-3777.  We confirm the order and send you a final invoice which would include state taxes if applicable.

FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE ORDER CAN BE PROCESSED.  

FLORIDA STATE TAXES: If you placed your order online and have already payed for the product and you live within the state of Florida YOU HAVE NOT YET HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR FLORIDA STATE TAX.  When we receive your order, we will send you a final invoice with this charge.  If you are a non-profit agency and have a Florida Consumer's Certificate of Exemption from the Florida Department of Revenue or your are representing a governmental agency, you are exempt from paying Florida Sales Taxes.

PURCHASING BY GPC: We do accept the GPC (Government Procurement Card) as a payment method.  Download our Purchase Order Form  fill it out and fax or email us to you and we will confirm the order and invoice you for all charges.  A digital receipt will be sent to the GPC holder.  Form 833's are available upon request.

PRODUCTION: Over the years, Rothco has prided itself on their steadfast service and selection. Rothco service means all orders ship within 24-48 hours of being placed, and they maintain a 99% in-stock rate. Once your payment has been received by our accounting department the order will forward the order to Rothco for fulfillment. Your order will be shipped out via UPS Standard unless stated otherwise. Orders are shipped F.O.B. from the Rothco warehouse, Brooklyn, New York. 

SHIPPING CHARGES AND FLORIDA STATE TAXES: When you place the order and pay online you are NOT yet charged for shipping charges (if applicable) and if you live within the state Florida you are NOT yet charged for Florida State Taxes (if applicable).  We will contact you after you place this order and send you an invoice for these charges separately.  If you are a non profit or a governmental agency you will not pay Florida Sales Taxes.

PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping. Though we try our best to keep all of our information up-to-date and accurate, occasionally mistakes do happen. Therefore, pricing and offers are subject to change without notice. This includes mistakes due to typographical, photographic or technical errors in advertising. 

BACK ORDERS: Items out of stock will not be backordered unless specified at the time of order. 

CLAIMS & RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. All claims & defective merchandise returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. We cannot accept returned goods that have been soiled in any way or contain price stickers, tags or markings. Other returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any return of merchandise that is not Rothco will be returned to the freight collect. Please allow 45 days for processing of credits. Rothco will not be responsible for any freight or errors made on phoned-in orders. 

Cancellations: Orders canceled after processing are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Please note, unless otherwise specified, all orders are processed immediately upon receipt. We are unable to make add-ons and changes after processing. Additional goods will be shipped separately without small order charges. 

Order Errors: Rothco will not be responsible for any freight or errors made on phoned-in orders. 

Legal Compliance: It shall be the responsibility of the buyer to comply with local, state, federal and import regulations governing the sale of any item purchased from Rothco
