For ALL LEGACY ORDERS we like things simple and nothing is easier than our FREE shipping policy: 100% FREE SHIPPING. The warehouse will process your order quickly and efficiently so that your order will be delivered as soon as possible. Our products usually ship within three business days. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order leaves Legacy's facility, giving you the ability to follow the progress and whereabouts of your order. Fast, effective and FREE, does it get any better?

    PLACING AN ORDER: To order with us is easy, you can order five different ways:

    1. ONLINE: Order online at www.getsetsurvival.com through our shopping cart which is the best and easiest way!  
    2. CALL: By calling our friendly sales representative at 850-739-3777, we would be glad to further assist you. 
    3. EMAIL: You can email us at promote@timwoodrum.net where we are available 24/7, we would be glad to provide a quote for you or answer any questions. 
    4. FAX: You can fax your order to us at 850-739-3777. 
    5. PURCHASE ORDER FORM: Download our form, fill in your desired products and email it to us at promote@timwoodrum.net or fax it to 850-739-3777.  We confirm the order and send you a final invoice which would include state taxes if applicable.

    FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE ORDER CAN BE PROCESSED.  

    FLORIDA STATE TAXES: If you placed your order online and have already payed for the product and you live within the state of Florida YOU HAVE NOT YET HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR FLORIDA STATE TAX.  When we receive your order, we will send you a final invoice with this charge.  If you are a non-profit agency and have a Florida Consumer's Certificate of Exemption from the Florida Department of Revenue or your are representing a governmental agency, you are exempt from paying Florida Sales Taxes.

    PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING: Legacy Food Storage uses FEDEX Ground for standard shipping on all orders in the lower 48 States*. Most orders arrive in 3-5 business days from date of purchase. * Additional rates apply on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APOs.* ** During high demand times, know that shipping times may increase. Please ask a representative current shipping times if you have a date sensitive order. **

    If your order contains a combination of products from any of our categories (Food, Water, Power), or if you order a Preparedness Package, you may receive separate parcels for each category item. Although the contents of your order should be delivered together, it’s possible that parcels included in your order may arrive at separate times.

    If you live in the lower 48 states of the USA and make a purchase, your entire order will be shipped to you free of charge. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico residents will be charged extra due to the added expense to ship to these locations.

    PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping. Though we try our best to keep all of our information up-to-date and accurate, occasionally mistakes do happen. Therefore, pricing and offers are subject to change without notice. This includes mistakes due to typographical, photographic or technical errors in advertising. 

    CLAIMS & RETURNS: Because Legacy Foods offer products from three different partners, there are specific return details and warranty information for each respective category of the Legacy Food Storage site: Food, Water and Power. Please refer to our Return Policy page for details. All canceled orders are subject to a $10 or 5% restocking fee, whichever is greater.

    We want you to be happy with your purchase so please inspect it upon arrival. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the products received from us you can initiate a return for most unused items within 30 days of delivery.*

    Before returning any LegacyFoodStorage product you must contact a customer care representative at 850-739-3777, or email info@getsetsurvival.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns that are shipped back to LegacyFoodStorage without a RAN will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

    1. All products must be returned in original packaging and in new condition unless already damaged upon original delivery.

    2. If items were damaged or defective upon original delivery we will refund or replace your order, including shipping fees, and will arrange for FedEx to pick up the products from your home.

    3. Items that are refused or undeliverable are eligible for a refund covering the total amount of products ordered, but the customer will be responsible for both delivery and return shipping costs. 

    4. After LegacyFoodStorage receives a return we will inspect the items and issue a refund, replacement, or credit based on the reason for the return and the condition of the products.

    *Please note that all returned orders are subject to a $10 or 5% restocking fee, whichever is greater.

    **Custom Buckets are non-refundable. If the pouches inside the buckets are damaged or defective, replacement meal pouches will be sent out.
